Flip Chart

Hey there,

Today's post is a little flip chart i made for a friends daughter!

I made this from an old cereal box and some patterned paper scraps.

This small standing photo album could hold up to 20 photos.

As you can see in the photo below i have folded the cereal box so that it can support the weight of the pages added to it.

I don't have any dimensions to add to this post however if you google/youtube/Pinterest Heidi Swapp she has a few videos with similar projects.

Again this is another post about how amazing my Cinch is…and how much i love to experiment with it making all kinds of projects.

Thanks for looking at my project and i hope you enjoy the rest of your day :)

Handmade Little Notebook

Hi All,

Today i wanted to show you a little project i made with my new Heidi Swapp Cinch (which by the way is the best tool in craft room)

Honestly I am like the notebook queen!! I can't get enough. And now i have all these notebooks with only a few pages available and i thought there has to be something i can do with all these spare pages. And this is what i came up with….

I cut all my pages down and added a patterned paper covered chipboard piece to the front and back creating my own new fabulous notebook. And the best part about it….i didn't have to waste all those spare pages!!

To anyone unsure about the cinch or any other binding machine….i say go for it :)

Using pinterest (of course…what on earth did we do before pinterest?!) i have found so many interesting ways to use my cinch. I will try and post some of my creations in the upcoming months.

I hope you enjoyed this fun little project…i sure did :)

Happy Days: Mini Album

Today I thought id show you something a little different.

I have recently been into making Mini Albums so share my memories.

Here is one i actually made a while ago however it is still a favourite!!

Using mainly Kasisercraft Patterned Paper I have made pull out photo mats, pockets, flipped out pages and much more.

The reason i love making these mini albums, is that you can make them however you like.
There are no rules :)

Here are a few photos of the inside of the album so you can see for yourself how this has been embellished.

Hope you enjoyed todays post.

SSS May Card Kit

Me again :)

Today I used the Simon Says Stamp May Card Kit 2015! I know it's a little late considering they are about to announce the July kit however, living in Australia we tend to get our kits quite late due to customs and I haven't had the chance to use it!

Honestly...I had a hard time using these papers, only because they are so beautiful I was scared of using the papers and it not turning out how I had hoped!

So here it is....

The card base is Neenah Solar White 110lb and the stickers for the word 'congrats' are from the card kit aswell.

Let me know what you think! Happy to hear all your thoughts :)

Awesome....thanks

Hi crafty friends!!

Today's card is possibly one of my favourite cards.

Products used:

Cardstock - Stampin Up Rich Razzleberry
Patterned Paper - Stampin Up Moonlight DSP
Stamp Set - Stampin Up Yippee-Skippee! stamp set
Die (for the hole in the card & the border) - My Favourite Things Stitched Circle Die
Ribbon - a basic black ribbon from a local craft store

Now don't get me wrong….i don't necessarily believe in using products from the same company. Im sure it works for some, however i like that when using products from different companies you tend to have to think more about what goes with what. To me this is more of a challenge…which i enjoy.

However this card just happens to use a lot of Stampin Up products (its just worked that way…hah didn't plan it out)

Anyways lovely crafters…let me know what you think of this sort of deigns.

Until next time :)
